We inspect all merchandise prior to shipping. We are confident that your purchase will meet or exceed your expectations in both quality and price. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please contact us to explain why you are not satisfied. (As of yet, no work has been returned - which is a wonderful 30 year record, which we hope continues!) Customers have 7 days (from the time the package was delivered) to indicate that they wish a return. Return of any merchandise must be in the same condition as it was sent as well as fully insured. Return postage and insurance will be paid by the customer. Funds will be returned to the customer less the cost of the original shipping/insurance.
